I love teaching in a warm and welcoming way, making yoga accessible to everyone, especially beginners.
After studying yoga in India, I started teaching in Sri Lanka, guiding classes focused on mindful movement, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and creating a space where people can feel comfortable and connected.
I teach in both English and Italian.
